Classic method

We took our inspiration from traditional Italian master bakers when creating the fresh pizzas of the Classic Method range. The pure water from our Prealps is mixed with flour and sourdough to create a unique dough which is left to rise for an entire night and then topped exclusively by hand. We recommend cooking it in a pan, it is quick and easy! Heat the pan until it is very hot then cook the pizza over a low heat with the cover on until the mozzarella begins to bubble. Serve and enjoy!
