Fabrizio founds family business Margherita s.r.l. which he runs with the invaluable support of his wife Nadia and his children Sara and Nicola. A family devoted to the company with a single goal: offering its customers excellent pizzas with flavours and fragrances befitting of the finest pizzerias.
Within four years the third site is at full capacity. Customer and market demand continues to grow and additional investments are necessary. Fabrizio Taddei decides to sell his majority stake in the company to holding company IDAK, maintaining a minority stake as proof of his commitment and affection for the company.
He founds “La Pizzeria”, a company that enables him to perfect his freezing technique, to study and choose the tastiest and most authentic ingredients, and to learn to understand and master all of the variables that can impact on the leavening process. His ongoing efforts are rewarded as his high-quality products prove to be very successful. Demand grows and plans are made to expand.
The cutting-edge and modern new site is opened with the aim of safeguarding and improving the artisan quality of the product. Margherita s.r.l. therefore boasts three production sites immersed in the natural surroundings of the Venetian Prealps which guarantee certified artisanal production processes according to the highest quality and safety standards.
To support the expansion of the company the new shareholders decide to acquire Margherita’s ‘sister’ company Prodal s.r.l., for production, processes, products and quality. Prodal was founded by Tiziano Zanuto in 1994. A company dedicated to the production of high quality pizza in line with the standards of Margherita.
